Aivars Lembergs, the corrupt Mayor of Ventspils thieves

Aivars Lembergs ,the dodgy mayor of Ventspils was arrested in March 2007 on misuse of mayor office, funds washing and bribery charges. Aivars Lembergs spent many months in jail where he was kept not to obstruct the investigations towards him.
